We are looking for a Community Manager that will drive the development and engagement for a fast growing Arts & Crafts Marketplace. The Community Manager will help grow and support the online crafting community and will act as the liaison between the buyers and sellers, and the team members across our organization. He/She will need to maintain and support the needs of the community while also completing daily operating and management tasks. The successful candidate will have a passion for building online communities, as well as a keen interest in the handmade creations.
Job Responsibilities:

- Actively engage with the community on the iCraft site as well as through social media to encourage active discussions, user-generated content, and product testimonials
- Develop and manage new users and turn them into fans of the iCraft brand
- Act a group moderator and conduct product testing on a regular basis and get feedback on product quality
- Regularly report activity. Track performance of community against goals and identify areas of opportunity.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to build out a content calendar that aligns with the iCraft brand messaging
- Develop a Community measurement plan, and effectively communicate key insights, trends, and learnings to management team
- Determine KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize community content to reach company objectives
- Provide a high level of customer service while optimizing new user acquisition and activity cost
- Stay up to date on the latest technology, trends, and community management methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Forum admin, Facebook group moderator, or any other experience in launching and moderating an online community
- Ability to write engaging, interesting content to engage with community
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office
- Strong project/people management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Experience using multiple social media channels
